The Ark requires all potential adopters to complete a pre-adopt form as an initial step in the application process.  You can do this online or by printing and returning this document.

To be considered as an adopter you must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older

2. Have identification showing your state or province of residence

3. Have permission or acknowledgment of your landlord, if applicable

4. Be willing and able to spend time and money as necessary to provide the best care possible to the animal
